Our salesman Ray was fantastic was spot on on everything. The only issue was the finance department. They need to get more manpower so customers don’t have to wait three hours to get their financing done on their new car. The sales department was fantastic. They were able to have my car ready to go he showed me all the new features that I would have to get used to in time. It was a great experience when it comes to your sales team thank you.

Very pleasant staff to work with. One issue is the security system that was installed was not included in purchase price, so did not know when reviewing cars to buy that it added over $1k to purchase price.

The price to fix my bottom cover was $600 way over priced. It was not that damaged. It makes me wonder if they used the same one but charged me for a new one. They can’t be trusted in my opinion.

I went to this dealership yesterday to purchase a certified used vehicle. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Angel, we showed him the vehicle we wanted and he promptly went to work. He treated us with respect and kindness, he was very transparent and very honest pertaining to the purchase of this vehicle. Long story short we drove off with the car we wanted at a great price. For a moment, we walked into the dealership and met Richard he was nothing but helpful honest and polite. Richard was the reason we came back to Honda world and purchased our Honda HRV 2027 from him he followed up, walked us through the process until we drove off the lot. Kenny, the finance director walked us through the process, explained everything was very thorough and did a great job. Prior to leasing the Prologue I had 4 hi-end vehicles. I can attest my experience in the service department of the hi-end dealership is a far better experience. I waited in line for my service appt with my vehicle sticking out into the street. There was no porter or service advisor working the drive to greet and check people in...that would have moved the drive along. After learning i needed a new transmission in my 2016 HRV, I realized I needed to get a new car. Yara took great care of me, making sure I got the exact car I wanted, even driving herself to another dealership to pick it up.
