Can't trust salesman Bao Ngo and finance manager Hieu Tran. Optional items charged on the service contract without letting customers know. When the customer asked why monthly payment was very high. Hieu just said because credit score was 440. That's it. Did not explained clearly. Just asked initial and signed. Please take care of this problem. Thank you very much.

I had an appointment for an oil change and an A/C check because it was taking a long time to cool down. Checked in for a 9am appt at 8:54 am, was guaranteed 2 hours and the vehicle would be ready at 11am. Went to our service rep Capri to get an update around 11;05, since we hadn't heard anything. Around at 11;15 est Capri let us know that it would be about 10 or 15 minutes more. At 12 noon we were notified that the car was ready. Service was excellent. Went in for a loose cover, usb port not working and what looked like a dragging piece behind the engine. Capri Blas had my car inspected and turns out my car still had warranty. She even had my ac worked on and was provided a rental car. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely be returning for future service on my car.

They need to get more manpower so customers don’t have to wait three hours to get their financing done on their new car. The sales department was fantastic. Very pleasant staff to work with. One issue is the security system that was installed was not included in purchase price, so did not know when reviewing cars to buy that it added over $1k to purchase price.
