Kevin was very friendly and welcoming. Waiting for my car to get taken was not long with an appointment. And i was told quickly what was going to get done with my approval. My mechanic Adonis was very friendly, easy to talk to, explained everything so i would understand to what they did to my car and even told me what maintenance he recommended was need on my car next within a time limit. Great work to both gentlemen's.

Service members are super helpful. Alex was my service member, and this guy was very professional and answered all my questions. If I had a question he didn't know the answer to, he would get a technician to answer. And all done within a very timely manner.

Came in for routine maintenance. It was done well and relatively quickly. Not 15 minutes, but about an hour. Please note, I had made an appointment. Non-appointments may not be the same experience.
