I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Salesman embellished some details of the car and misrepresented some dealership policies, but what else do you expect? Besides that, the staff was friendly and willing to explain questions I had.

Henry Nguyen has been my service advisor since I purchased my Honda Civic in 2019. I have always looked to him for guidance as to which service was imperative and which could wait a short time. He always helped me professionally and was willing to explain procedures to me so I felt confident in what I was having done. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Went into Honda parts needing supplies to service my Honda vehicles and Hedgar was able to get me all I needed for my project. If I need anything from Honda parts I will definitely find Hedgar to help me!
Purchased my vehicle here and that went well. Their service department maintenance workers work quickly, but their service advisors are SLOOOOOW. I sat in their waiting room during my appointment, watched my vehicle get an oil change and inspection almost immediately, then watched it sit, completed, in the lot for over an hour. My "time promised" arrived and the service advisor was still nowhere to be found. After having this same experience twice, I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on.
